The Law firm defended the interests of the client - the company "Elong", a member of the group ICG Kovalskaya, which is one of the leading developers, in a dispute with the Kyiv City Council, the Department of Land Resources of KSCA on cancellation of the decision of the Kyiv City Council "On the transfer in a short-term lease of a land plot for construction of a residential complex" concerning the tenant's obligation to transfer part of the constructed premises to the Kiev City Council and to pay money to the trust fund of the special fund of the state budget.

The abovementioned dispute was heard by the District Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv, which supported the position of the Law Firm about the inconsistency of Clause 4.6 and Clause 4.7 of the decision of the Kyiv City Council, which established the tenant's obligation to transfer part of the constructed premises to the Kiev City Council and pay money in the trust fund of the special budget fund, with the Law of Ukraine “On the Regulation of Urban Development Activity”; the court satisfied the claims, found unlawful and canceled Clause 4.6 and Clause 4.7 of the decision of the Kyiv City Council.
