EDUCATION:

2014 – completed the full course at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, law faculty, “Science of Law” specialization, Master of Law degree (the diploma with an honor).
2016 – a postgraduate student, obtained PhD in Legal Science degree, the title of the science work is “Administrative services in European Union countries and in Ukraine: comparative legal aspect”.

CAREER:

2012 – present – senior lawyer, the head of the “Corporate Law/M&A” practice at “TOTUM” law company.
2016 – present – docent of “Public and Private Law” cathedra, “Law and International Relationship” faculty at Borys Grinchenko University of Kyiv.

MEMBERSHIP:

2017 – Ukrainian National Public Organization “Ukrainian Lawyers Association”.

HONORS:

2013 – received a participant’s certificate of the International Scientific and Practical Conference, “The State and the Law: formation problems and their development strategy”.
2015 – received a participant’s certificate of the International Scientific and Practical Conference, “International and National Legislation: the way of their improvement”.
2016 – the monograph’s “Administrative services in European Union countries and in Ukraine: comparative legal aspect” publication.
2016 – was awarded with a diploma “Model of a Law Company” at the School of Practical Jurisprudence “Leadership in Law”.
2017 – received a participant’s certificate of the I Ukrainian National Corporate Law, M&A and real estate School.
